Workout Plan: Feb 25-March 3

The last two days have been sunny here, so I am getting super excited for Spring. I am SO glad February is almost over. It has been cold, wet, and gray pretty much all month long. I'm ready for warmer weather and more sunshine!
One thing that helps get me through the winter is getting a workout in every day. Some days are harder than others, but it feels good to get my body moving. Then, no matter how dull and gray the weather is, I know that I've done something hard and worthwhile, and I'm a little more motivated to do the other things on my to-do list.
This week is going to be a fun workout week. The workouts will make you push hard and dig deep. But hang in there, and keep going. You CAN do it. Of course, you can always decrease the number of reps to make the workout a little shorter and easier. But if you have the time and energy, push hard to complete the entire workout. Your body and mind will thank you.
