Workout Plan: Aug 27- Sep 2
I have some exciting news!
I have been working on my Personal Trainer Certification, so I will soon be totally "official!"
Woot! Woot!
Health and fitness has been a passion for a long time. Last year I completed my health and nutrition coaching certification, and I finally decided it's about time I complete my personal trainer certification as well. It's a lot easier to do that now that my kids are back in school! I am currently working on the essay questions for the final exam, which are actually pretty cool and require some hands-on work and experimentation!
(So if you want to be a guinea pig, gimme a holla!)
I've debated getting certified for a long time because it bugs me that you need a "special piece of paper" to make you "official." I already knew a lot of the information from my years of training, but it's still good to go back to the basics and pick up some more bits of information that I may not have gleaned (or have forgotten) over the years. And, I have to admit, I learned a few things in MUCH greater depth than I previously knew. I'm a nerd at heart and love to learn, so I've enjoyed it.
I hope to get some new workouts recorded in the near future, so stay tuned!!!
In the meantime, we're still using what I currently have...
Let me know if you have any special requests for workouts! It's fun to create an entire workout around a piece or equipment (like water bottles, towels, a chair, or just the floor!) or body parts or just something different and fun!
