Workout Plan: June 4-10
Since it is summer here in the US, I'm only posting workouts for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I encourage you to get outside and enjoy being active in nature the other days. Take a walk, a hike, ride a bike, run, go rollerblading, play on the playground with your kids or hook up with some friends for a game of soccer or volleyball. Find something you love to do and go have FUN!
