Workout Plan: Oct 9-15
October 9th is the best day of the year.
It's my birthday and I'm turning 41, so I've created a special workout to celebrate. It's gonna be amazing! It doesn't have a video to go along with it, but all of the moves are things that I have done in previous workouts.
I'm also looking forward to getting out and hiking with some friends. It's nice to get a babysitter, so we can get out during the daytime every now and then!
Despite the picture above, I won't be eating cake, but I will probably make some dreamy, creamy Banana "Nice Cream." It's not that I don't want to indulge, but I just don't feel very good after eating cake and "junk food." And honestly, I have not consistently created the habit of moderation. Once I start on treats and sweets, its a quick downward spiral (if ya know what I mean)! I want my birthday to be happy and revitalizing; not heavy and "blech." So I prefer to avoid the temptation.

Tuesday: Tabata #7
Wednesday: Full Body Burnout #2
Thursday: Sevens #5
Friday: HIIT Blaster #2
Saturday: 30/30 Workout OR 30+ minutes workout (run, bike, hike, etc.)
Sunday: Active Rest Day. Take a walk, stretch, foam roll, or try some Restorative Yoga or Pilates.
